ARRK Recruitment operates a referral scheme where anyone can refer friends or colleagues for positions advertised on this website and, should we place this person, we will pay up to £500.

Rules:

• Candidates referred must not be already registered with ARRK Recruitment or have contacted ARRK Recruitment within the previous 12 months. At the time of your call we will let you know if your proposed candidate is already on our database.
• Referral fee is only paid if the candidate stays in the position for more than 3 months. Fee will be paid at the completion of the 3 month period.
• This policy is only open to individuals and not agencies.
• Please note that some positions may be closed for referrals.
• ARRK Recruitment reserves the right to the final decision on any disputes over the referral fee.
• Policy is subject to amendments, please check back from time to time to view our latest policy.
